At Snow Hockey Training, we see the game as more than goals and stats — it’s a platform for building confident, driven, and well-rounded individuals. Founded by Coach Aaron Snow, our mission is to develop players who not only perform on the ice but carry those lessons into life.
Born and raised in Windsor, Aaron’s journey through elite hockey — including being drafted 23rd overall in the OHL and 90th in the NHL — shaped his approach to development. With firsthand experience training alongside world-class athletes, coaches, and performance teams, he now brings that knowledge home to the community that raised him.
Our programs are designed to unlock each player’s full potential — combining technical skill, powerful skating, and mental preparation with a focus on body positioning and purposeful movement. It’s not about perfection — it’s about progress, confidence, and the habits that fuel long-term growth.
Whether you’re learning the fundamentals or chasing the next level, Snow Hockey Training is a place where players grow together — through hard work, trust, and a love for the game.
I grew up in Windsor and was fortunate to see my hockey career take me to the OHL and ultimately be drafted into the NHL. Those experiences shaped not only the player I was, but the coach I am today.
I bring that same level of professionalism, dedication, and passion to every session I run. My goal is to give young players the tools, habits, and confidence they need to succeed—whether that’s chasing their own hockey dreams or simply becoming stronger athletes and teammates.
Off ice training builds the foundation for long term success by improving strength, mobility, and injury prevention from an early age. Just as important is mental focus: learning how to prepare, compete, and handle pressure in all situations.
At Snow Hockey Training, players are coached on proper warmups, stretching, and body care. They also develop the habits and mindset that build confidence and elevate performance both on and off the ice.

“Our son has been attending snow hockey training for a few months now, he has done a variety of his group sessions on and off the ice as well as private lessons. We have seen so much growth from his stick handling and shooting to his overall stamina and hockey knowledge. The small class sizes are the cherry on top. He truly pushes these kids to do better and never give up. I would personally recommend Aaron to anyone whose child is ready to level up and push themselves.”
